We are very pleased to announce the first pan-European InformixTechDay in Strasbourg on Friday, January 16th 2009 from 8:30 am till 5:10 pm!

This is going to be a one-day technical training event. Classes will have both beginner level and more advanced levels. Speakers will cover theory (database theory, architecture) and real field experience.

We hope to have French, English and German speakers and hope to have 3 tracks (one in each language).
We will hold this event with the University of Strasbourg , on January 16th. Sponsors are IIUG , GreenIvory , the University of Strasbourg and IBM . The university already committed to sending students (4th and 5th year of IT engineering, college is 5 years in France).

Applications can be seamlessly written to Support Informix as the backend. The 
development environment used on iOS via open source, web services etc. will be 
detailed for application development. Discover creating Mac OSX application using 
Informix ESQL/C and Xcode iOS using Informix as the backend.
